Submit a Service Request

If you need assistance with a product or service related issue, we advise that you submit a Service Request to the Qdos Support Team.  Our Team will respond to your Service Request as promptly as possible (in cases where more detailed investigation is required, we aim to respond within a 24 hour timeframe). 

Alternatively, if your matter is of an urgent nature, please contact Qdos Technology for immediate assistance from one of our Support Team members.

Quick Reference Guides

There are over 60 Quick Reference Guides available online for our client’s use.  These ‘how-to’ documents provide step-by-step instructions on how to complete various tasks in Qdos applications (for example, How to Create an Account in Qdos CRM).  These guides also include screen images for easy understanding.  It is highly recommended that you utilise the available Quick Reference Guides if you need assistance on completing tasks in Qdos applications.

Product Release Notes

Qdos continually releases new product versions with new or enhanced functionality. Check out our online Release Notes to find out what’s new in the latest version of your Qdos software.   

Qdos End-User Training

Qdos Technology offers group or individual end-user training sessions, led by experienced training professionals.  Clients are guided through Qdos applications using comprehensive training material, and we use a ‘hands-on’ approach during training sessions to maximise the knowledge gained by each participant.  Please contact Qdos Technology if you require our training services.
